At Weed Spot, we’re proper confident you’ll be chuffed with your cannabis goodies. But, if something isn’t quite right, or you’ve simply had a change of heart, no worries! We’ve got a 30-day return and refund policy to put your mind at ease. We’re all about making sure you’re a happy camper.
Starting Your Return
If you need to send something back, just get in touch with our customer service folks within 30 days of receiving your order. Here's how you can reach us:

They'll have a quick chat with you and sort out a return authorisation number. Have your order details handy – it'll speed things up.
What Can Be Returned
To get that full refund, have a quick check that: • You’re getting in touch within 30 days of getting your order. • You need to have video or picture proof of item not been satisfactory. • You’ve got that return authorisation number from our lovely customer service team. • You pop the item back to us within 14 days of getting your return authorisation number.
Postage Costs
You'll need to cover the postage cost of sending the item back to us, unless it's faulty or we made a mistake with your order. We suggest using a tracked service.
Sorting Your Refund
Once we've got the item back and checked everything over, we’ll get your refund sorted within 7-10 working days. It'll go back to the payment method you used when you ordered. We'll drop you an email to let you know when it's done.
Faulty Items
If you get something that's damaged or faulty, tell us straight away with sufficient proof! We’ll sort out a replacement or a full refund, and we'll cover the postage costs too.
